Tanti auguri, Rossella! For your birthday here is a lovely dish of Corzetti Stampati dressed with a light lemon sauce. Corzetti are coin shaped
-
Pomodori Ripieni, Stuffed Tomatoes, a traditional summer dish, is particularly pretty if you use a variety of colors or types of tomatoes; pictured

About me
I did not see a Life Degree for a wife, so I'll call myself a daughter. My father, William Anthony Crocetti was born in Steubenville, Ohio. And it was his mother, Angela Barra Crocetti, my nonna, who taught me so much about Italian cooking, family and love. We all called her "Mom.", and from crostoli to ravioli, she had it all in her magnificent repertoire. I am a housewife, gardener and avid home cook. I take good care of my Calabrese husband Bartolomeo, and we enjoy Cooking with Nonna and celebrating our Italian heritage.
