My husband's family are from Calabria. His sister makes a pizza with a greasy pork topping. Parts of the pork they did not put in their homemade sausage. She calls it (I am going to spell it like it sounds) fruzzaria ? Does anyone know the name of this and how to spell it correctly? Thanks. That is tonight's dinner!
