Female Nonna Pretty Good!
Does anyone have a recipe for Italian black pepper bread? My grandfather use to buy a loaf every Sunday at the local Italian bakery on his way home from church. He lived in Queens, NY and was from Bari. He came to the US when he was 12. I'm not sure if this bread was a regional bread or not.
