I grew up with my parents and 2 brothers in an Italian family. Pasta on Sunday after going to mass . I did my homework at the kitchen table while watching my mom cooking dinner that’s how I learned to cook asking cooking questions. My Nanna would visit frequently and I would watch her bake strouffele, pies and sponge cake. I love to cook always making new concoctions . Remembering all those great dishes
