Single first generation Italian raised in Little Italy Brooklyn NY, parents from Napoli. Mom's cooking has forever been a staple in our home of incredible classic dishes once considered "poor man's meal" and she continues to cook today. My Nonna's and Nonno's never came to USA, but I had the pleasure to know them from our summer trips to Napoli and cherish those times together....incredible pasta fagioli with fresh beans from the garden!
