I.was born and raised on the south side of Chicago near Little Italy, where if I ate in a restaurant that is where i ate. I moved to Denver, Co 20 years ago and the food is bad, as a result I had to start writing my own cookbook. This became very difficult as the Italian as well as all food in Chicago has a Chicago twist to it. I have purchased 3 hundred Italian cookbooks and can not duplicate the recipes.In addition I trying to scan these cookbooks into word to assist in the creation of a family cookbook to pass down to my grand children.
