About me
Mother of 4 adult children and grandmother of 6. Married 56 years. I was born & raised in the Bronx, NY. My husband was born & raised in Italian Harlem, NYC.; later the family moved to the Bronx, NY. We currently live in Putnam Couny, NY. I cook basically Italian style because it is my husband’s preference. But I have become in engrossed with the regions of Italy & the variations of cooking. I love to improvise on recipes to add my special touches, with success & approval of friends & family!
