I will be 74 on April 12 and have loved to cook since I was a child. My mother was a fabulous cook and my Nana Bartone from Naples Italy was a huge influence on my Cooking. I used to follow her around and write down everything she put into her dishes. She couldn’t read or write and never measured Ingedients but she could like a pro. I have 4 sisters that are fabulous cooks, Two daughters that are fabulous cooks and two grown granddaughters that both are great cooks. We have talked about doing a cook book with pictures and all of us contribute our favorite dishes and desserts.
