I grew up in an Italian house. My dad was Italian (Biscee) and my nonna lived next door to us. A typically Italian house with a full kitchen in the basement which is where all the cooking happened. Unfortunately my dad and nonna have passed and I think I was too young or too stupid to appreciate the cooking when I was growing up so watching your videos is like my watching my family!
