I am a single mom, 3 children and I am a Nonna. I have been on my own since 15 and trying to get in touch with my Italian heritage. I love to cook and I am quite good, but have never had any one from my Italian family to help me as I was adopted at 2 and raised by non Italians. I most definitely have a natural tact for Italian cooking and would like to be able to learn and pass on some authentic recipes to my kids!
