I am very good at cooking but even better at baking ....
My problem is looking at your Ricotta Almond cake witch I am dying to make for Easter puzzles me ... it calls for 0.75 pound of sugar or another time I looked it says 3/4 pound of sugar .... Can you tell me exactly how man cups or ounces is that of sugar? I am just baffled ..
