I'm a first generation NY metro area Italian! I moved to follow my adult children in SanFrancisco. I miss the tri-state Italian culture and traditions dearly. I love watching the videos you produce. I made e-Wand, that's what we called them growing up, the other day following your simple recipe. They came out delicious! I love the simple ingredients. Was telling my 87-year-old mother in Connecticut, that I made them. I can't wait to make them again. And maybe soon I'll have grandchildren to make them for.
