Female Nonna Pretty Good!
Just baked the quick bread pannetone and it was a disaster. Baked for 50 min. at 350 degrees as per instructions and when attempting to take it out of the pan it came out in a blob. NOT COOKED INSIDE. It looked beautiful on the outside. Checked my oven temp. with a thermometer and it reads perfect.
