I’m a cancer survivor trying to eat more healthy. I love cooking for my family. My father was Italian and my mom is Irish. I love Italian food and all things Italian. I’m a retired travel nurse living on the island of Kauai in Hawaii. I was born and raised in NJ and still go back to visit. My dream is to visit Italy.
