I am 78 years old married to a Italian for 57 years. I am from upstate NY and move to Pa. after I graduated college and meet my wife in Langhorne. My Italian family is the greatest and my father in law taught me a lot (RIP) I was a aerospace engineer, commerical pilot and ended up a business owner. Now semi retired and love to cook. Today I will try your chicken cutlets (no flour). I could go on but I have to tend the vegatables growing inmy basement. My 4 tomato plants are over 5 feet tall and should get flowers soon. Last year I lost 55 tomato plants due to sickness. So I canned no tomatoes or hot peppers. No more wine making since my father in law passed.
