I love to cook, i am english living in Australia, but according to an old aunt i have Italian ancestors & sometimes wonder if this is where i got my passion. I am a natural cook who finds it hard to follow recipes, i just seem to know if the taste is right, i read the ingriedients list & pretty much do my own thing. I must do something right as everyone loves my food.
