Sorry but soaking it in oil will not help!

Hi Rossella, I just took my sopressata down and tried it..it is sooo hard! Luckily, I made a small batch. Can I soak it in olive oil to get some hydration? I think it was cured too long. Also, the humidity was low. Thanks!

As much or as little as you want... depends on how hot you want it!
