Looking for the good Easter ricotta frittata recipe. The one my mom always made used ricotta cheese, eggs and a bit of flour. Made in a fry pan on the oven and turned once to cook on both sides. Was not put in the oven. I usually make it, but it does not always turn out like mom's. Does anyone have a similar recipe?
