I was born in San Giovanni Incarico, and I've been in America since I was 7. Grew up with both my mother and father as good cooks. Every year we helped with winemaking, making sausage, jars of tomatoes, went out to pick bushels of wild mushrooms, cooked and put the rest in quart jars.
