For the Shrimp
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt as desired
- 1/4 cup dry white wine such as pinot grigio
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- Lemon juice for sprinkling at the end

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- Put a large oven safe saute pan over a medium/high flame and heat the oil.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt as desired.
- Cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Add the wine to the pan and cook for 1 minute
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and cheese over the shrimp.
- Drizzle all the shrimp with oil and transfer the pan to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Broil the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until they are perfectly golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice before serving!
