Hi Rosella, I love everything about this website. The only thing I was wondering, could you please add the conversion weight when it comes to some items. eg: 3 pounds of ricotta is approx. 5 1/2 cups , it just makes it a little easier. Thank you

We try to do it but there are some measurements that are best done with a scale. A pound is always a pound!
