Proud Italian American man that loves to cook. I am trying to expand my personal Italian cuisine expertise for my family. Unfortunately ALL of my Nonna and Nonno (this of course includes Zia and Zio) have passed away. MY father is the last of our family keeping Sunday dinner alive, but as he approaches his 70s, Sundays are slowing down. My sister and I are looking to take over this responsibility.
