Hi I just joined up with you here, after watching and enjoying your show on making soppressata with Nonna & Nonne, Geno.
Geno is the men, keep him on the show, and so is Nonna.
Anyway, can you tell me, in this show about making soppressata, what type and "Size" casing did you use?
25mm? 40mm? 46mm? 60mm? What?

I will have to ask Nonno Gino. He always tells me to ask the butcher for the casings of Sopressata and he will know which ones to give you!
