Anyway, can you tell me, in this show about making soppressata, what type and "Size" casing did you use?
25mm? 40mm? 46mm? 60mm? What?

I will have to ask Nonno Gino. He always tells me to ask the butcher for the casings of Sopressata and he will know which ones to give you!
