This is probably an old dialect name of the recipe, so I don't know what the proper name would be. It consists of very thin strips of rolled dough filled with sugar and nuts and/or fruits. It is then rolled up and placed in a baking dish in a circular pattern until the dish is filled. Honey is then poured over it and the dish is left to sit overnight. It is then baked.
