My grandparents came from Foggia, Italy to America. My Nonna taught me to cook and along the way I learned French classics. I've cooked in small restaurants and have done catering..... I have a degree in Culinary Arts from ICE Institute of culinary education. I lived in North Jersey and NYC for most of my life but now live in Southern California .
